Our Story
Founded in 2015 by a group of Novi locals and now proudly owned by Maria Plaud and Bob O’Donnell, No.VI Coffee & Tea was built on community and connection. Maria, a seventh-generation coffee grower from Puerto Rico, brings her family’s 180-year coffee heritage directly to Novi — blending authenticity, passion, and diversity into every roast. Our mission is simple: serve exceptional coffee, create a welcoming space for all, and celebrate the culture that connects us one cup at a time.
